If you live in an area where temperatures regularly fall below 45 degrees, switching to winter tires is recommended to give you better traction. Check your tires, ensure that the treads have sufficient depth, and ensure your tire pressure is inspected regularly to confirm they are properly inflated. 
 
Take Care of Your Car's Battery
